  • Delivery fees and service charges are separate and will be communicated before finalizing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Fresh flower bouquets and customized gifts are non-returnable.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately with proof for replacement or partial refund as per our policy.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 working days through the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, and content created by Unique Flower Shop are our property.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Liability

  • Unique Flower Shop is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to our products or services.

  • We are committed to providing high-quality products and service, but perishable items may vary slightly in appearance.
