Return & Refund Policy

At Unique Flower Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. As most of our products are fresh and customized, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Fresh Flower Products

All fresh flower bouquets and arrangements are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must inform us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or partial refund where applicable.

Customized Orders (Cash Note Bouquets, Hot Air Balloon Baskets, etc.)

All customized and made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order has been confirmed and prepared.
Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 working days through the original payment method.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information.
